This whole thread sees me in a way I had long ago given up on being seen.
I hold very few opinions in common with my past self in my early 20s, when I sometimes frequented those online spaces, but I've really never stopped thinking it's weird and fucked up that no one ever brings up free speech and the fundamental right to make bad decisions when talking about pro-ana.

I get nausea really easy from exertion, blood pressure changes, internal temperature fluctuations… all kinds of things. So I have barfed many a place. Within the last year it was inside grand central station in Washington DC as most exotic, but over a lifetime? Basically anywhere I’ve ever been 😔
what's the most exotic place you've ever puked? mine's not exactly exotic but i did once have a hangover at the nyc facebook office and barfed in their very nice bathroom
Got food poisoning from Fogo De Chao. Puked out the side of a moving cab along beautiful Copacabana Beach. The most exotic place I'll probably ever puke!

This is not specific PT/OT, it's telling the person to walk more steps tomorrow than today, as if it's something that would not have occurred to the patient without help.
