It’s important to know that these predictive models aren’t necessarily new. A lot of people choose themselves to already give away their data for streaming services, f.ex, which is then trained upon. What makes Palantir dangerous is that they took that model and apply it on this.

I figured I’d do some visuals because facts seem difficult for many adults.
There have been 3 impeachment resolutions against Trump introduced in the current Congress, including less than a month ago. 👇 See if you can figure out from the second pic why it’s a useless endeavor.👇

“A clan of pedophiles wants to destroy our democracy. To keep Epstein's list from coming out, they send warships to kill fishermen & threaten our neighbor with invasion for their oil."

Among the many reasons you don’t kidnap a foreign head of state at gunpoint even if you have the capability, is that it sparks consequences you can neither control nor anticipate.

If they did miss it, it was willful.
Quick update for US media: the story is not about Maduro or what’s going on in Venezuela. It’s about the massive rupture in US history where the country now stands for invading and occupying any country it likes.

Trump in his press conference made it very clear this is a new age. Did you miss that?

Optimistic, seeing people reading books 20 years from now and not using them for firelighters.

I shall be delighted if this is merely a cautionary tale in 2 decades as I think The Doomsday Clock is about to be readjusted to measure milliseconds

look at some point you gotta face the fact that not everything is a distraction from everything else and there’s just a lot of bad stuff going on all the time
Schumer: "It makes you think that maybe to Trump he wants to distract the American people, as he always does, from the skyrocketing costs they are facing, from the Epstein files."

Yes, this is exactly the time to demand Democrats "do something."

They can denounce Trump's actions as unconstitutional. They can state that he must be impeached and removed. They can make clear that all involved will be held accountable.

These are the core duties of a role they all signed up for.

In 2026, we can’t take the easy path by giving in to despair. We have to keep doing something to be ready for the moment the right combination of events align and we can see a better future.

Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

While the Senate is asking Trump why they started a war to kidnap a foreign leader perhaps they might also ask why Trump freed a former foreign leader convicted of the same kind of crimes.

This is a flagrant illegal attack by the US on an independent nation. It violates international law.

If you fail to condemn the US’ illegal, destabilizing action, the EU loses all the justification it had to oppose Russia’s war in Ukraine.

Sen Mike Lee with the first account I’ve seen of the Admin’s legal theory for the strikes. On the domestic law side — something like: Art II law enforcement power to capture Maduro (by invading his own country) combined with Art II power to protect those personnel executing the warrant.

Honestly, how could any nation even feel safe sending their athletes to the United States, a place where there is no guarantee that those athletes wouldn’t be kidnapped by roving gangs of masked jackbooted thugs, disappeared to a blacksite, and shipped like cargo to a country they’ve never been to?

At this point, if a Democratic presidential candidate wants my vote, their platform has to - at bare minimum - include some version of "I am going to put all these freaks in prison for their crimes." Full stop. No compromise. I am now a single issue voter for the dark woke prison camps.

FIFA corruption already ensured that tickets for the upcoming World Cup were shamefully overpriced and financially out of reach for ordinary people.

Morally, it's impossible to justify spending that money or even travelling to the U.S. if Trump is indiscriminately murdering people in Venezuela.
