I want to encourage folks to take the multi-pronged approach this year - fight like hell, and prepare for all possibilities. If you are at a life/body stage where you can get pregnant (and don't want to be), now is a great time to explore longer acting birth control options.

The playbook they ran against abortion is now being run against gender-affirming medical care and will be used against birth control. Oklahoma just proposed a bill to limit IUDs this week.

You need to defend trans people's health care like your birth control depends on it.
