Imagine being in the headspace of a Kenwood homeowner who turns a vastly overdue apology for systemic racism into race-based “groveling.” Alpha News couldn‘t have sunk any lower than Platt in the Strib.

It's clear from the article that ICE is *miserable* here. They're freezing their asses off and being harassed everywhere they go. Property managers aren't allowing them access to rental properties and people know their rights and aren't letting them in.

KEEP IT UP.

Nobody should call these "erroneous" arrests. It's not happening by accident. Flooding cities with poorly trained ICE thugs to harass and racially profile is the entire point.

This week, I’m excited to partner with ArbeiterBrewing.com to fundraise for the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota ILCM.org and local families directly impacted by ICE.

100% of proceeds from my hand-printed posters and Arbeiter’s limited-edition beer, called “Eff ICE Mango Hazy” will be donated! 🍻❤️‍🔥

Lydia Millard spent more on purple paint in July than Aisha Chughtai's entire list of expenditures for that month. And yet still lost by 22 points.

And no reports ≠ no data. They will use lack of demand to fight against things like municipal shoveling or rental tier system reform.

Just remember: it's not snitching if you're reporting a landlord or a business. If they're not shoveling, they're free-riding at the community's expense.

I know panglossian DFLers are depending on Trump rage to carry them through even if Walz’s 7.7 percentage point ‘22 win is eaten into. But the fraud is an unquestionable failure & if we don’t offer a real leadership change, voters will find it somewhere else. We’re replaying Biden’s re-election.

I know public statements are ephemeral & actions over words, etc. Yet it's really refreshing to see a leader of a widely respected local union being *this* unambiguous about the role SPPD played today. Especially when contrasted with the statements from the most high profile state & local electeds.

Doing a podcast is way outside my comfort zone but this election is too important! We must re-elect a progressive and pro-worker council. And, it’s time for a new mayor! Really grateful to @wedge.live for having me!!

Lydia Millard has very little public track record and little of substance to say when it comes to policy.

It makes it hard to know what she’s about.

But her donors - from landlords with copious property violations to GOP donors - paint a pretty clear picture.

Our media has shown they don’t really care to draw the lines between hypercontributors and the candidates they support.

As an example, they don’t seem interested in talking about the numerous overlaps of Team Frey and All of Mpls. I’m not sure that changes and worried the thumb is on the scale.
