Gutted. Larry Brooks was as much a part of my #NYR fandom as Sam Rosen & John Davidson. It's been great to read the tributes and tidbits about his life. I will miss his writing, and his advocacy for the game. He would've written a helluva book. Eff cancer; support research. Rest up in the blueseats
