Could these outside prosecutors be among the sorry, venal, attorneys who didn't quit Paul Weiss when it bowed and caved to Trump? Halligan could argue that it would save taxpayers' monies, as the work would be pro bono, according to Trump's terms they ignobly agreed to.

Its worth noting Carnegie was also a wretched human being and invested a lot of his wealth after his death to make sure folks went around and cleaned up his image to make him not look like a monster. I imagine the 2000 dead in Johnsontown don't remember him fondly. Or the 300 dead Union steel folks.

I knew about the fuel crisis in the 70s & the Arab oil embargo, but I never thought to ask WHY it happened.

It was a 6 month long protest led by Saudi Arabia against those countries who'd given arms & other support to Israel during the brief (3 week) conflict in 1973 between Egypt, Syria, & Israel.
