Here is the charitable interpretation.
I'll bet it even has some substance for some of the rich & powerful men - but by no means all.
None of the newly-released photographs of rich & powerful men enjoying the company of notorious paedophile & child sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein imply any wrong-doing on the part of those rich & powerful men. They are all, probably, just a bad judge of character with very poor peripheral vision.
