Witnesses say a doctor was at the scene and tried to help the woman who had been shot, but ICE agents refused to let him through. Around 10–15 minutes later, an ambulance arrived but was blocked by ICE vehicles occupying the street.-FOX 9 Minnesota

a trans masc friend of mine living in public housing in minneapolis has a neighbor that's going around outing him to everyone in the building. is there an advocacy group he could talk to about this? he is disabled and it's difficult getting him help sometimes. this is super not cool

Anyone patrolling ICE needs to do a careful risk assessment. Can you handle a night in jail? Can you face legal charges? I don’t want to discourage anyone from doing the work, but you’re better off taking inventory of risk now.
It appears two ICE observers following ICE agents on 31st in south Minneapolis this morning were arrested. Activists say it appears the ICE observer vehicle was stopped or slid into something, and ICE agents used pepper spray and broke the car window, arresting the occupants.
