Two queer women with a 6 year old in school today stopped to film ICE and for their bravery ICE agents murdered one before the other’s eyes. The grief in the survivor’s voice is a knife to the gut. Destroying people and their bonds is what ICE has always done.

While CBP and ICE are giving piss-poor training, more training really won't stop the problem. Greg Bovino is very well trained. The call to train better will just be pouring money into a violent organization that literally trains people to be violent.

When ICE agents killed Silverio Villegas González in a Chicago suburb this past September, DHS initially claimed the agent who shot him was "seriously injured." The agents themselves said their injuries were "nothing major."

I have my settings to require alt text before posting and I always try to be descriptive of the image and context of the image. It takes a minute or so if that, it's so easy
