Hoisin sauce, scamorza, shredded duck leg, red onion, spring onion, crumbled crispy fried duck skin and shichimi togarashi seasoning.
In hindsight, probably should have used tomato sauce and just dipped the duck in hoisin 😅. Tasted nice on bites that had duck, weird without!
