For the record.

My posts were not even about Kirk directly, but about America's apathy towards political violence, and the coddling of white male shooters and hate peddlers.

I was fired because I mentioned race: white men and violence-- that was my "gross misconduct."

One of the most consequential things Trump is doing. Deserves as much attention as the Epstein mess. But good luck with that. He is changing the policy so that greenhouse gases cannot be regulated and climate change can’t be addressed. Trump is killing the future.

A son of former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro is working closely with the White House to impose sanctions on a Brazilian Supreme Court justice set to preside over his father’s upcoming trial on charges of leading an attempted coup.
Spurred by Bolsonaro’s son, Trump mulls sanctions on Brazilian judge
If implemented, the sanctions against supreme court justice Alexandre de Moraes would dramatically escalate a widening feud between the United States and Brazil.

This is disgusting. A US agency sending a celebratory email about a bill that will deprive millions of healthcare and food assistance while making permanent tax cuts for the wealthiest.

I, like millions, received it last night. The email fails to note that reducing the social security tax...

FEMA has blown through a May deadline to open up an application for states to apply for grants. The delay appears to have little precedent.

“There’s no transparency on why it’s not happening,” said a former FEMA chief of staff.
States Fear Uncertain Future of FEMA Grants Under Trump
Many states rely on the federal government for the vast majority of their emergency management funding. Now, local leaders are looking for clues about the money — and the future of FEMA itself.

This is a lie (as usual). While I disagree with the decision, IT LEAVES THE INJUNCTIONS OF THE BIRTHRIGHT EO IN PLACE, just narrows them to the plaintiffs. And it does not limit nationwide class actions, which will be filed to achieve the identical outcomes. The EO remains unconstitutional.
