I love this from the Wikipedia page on Dennis Wilson. I love how Wikipedia doesn't feel confident enough to say it isn't true, merely that it wasn't specifically substantiated. Leaving the door potentially open that Charles Manson claiming his "shadow" is killing people could be telling the truth.

as someone who did user support for a couple of years it really drives me insane when companies cheap out on it instead of hiring people who have solid technical/communication skills for more money. hate when what should be an entry-level job is turned into a dead end job at a call center
