An impeachment resolution is privileged, brought up on an expedited basis. It has an hour of debate. Votes on each article. They can be indirect – motions to table – but still votes. Two Republicans defecting and the cabinet member’s impeached. Votes against embrace evil. Incl swing district Rs
But if you impeach now with this Congress, won't the effect be zero because the vote won't be there? As with the Trump impeachments.
