It was a wild time! I loved the analysis from the Reylo community, but thought it was far-fetched… and then the TLJ trailer dropped, and my eyes were fully opened. The Reylo’s knew all along! I can’t get enough romance/mythic/fem-gaze analysis ever since
The Bridal Carry made me take notice & the rest of the film just made me a Reylo shipper before that name was even invented. Tumblr was THE place to find like minded people, but we were treating it as a crack ship, not knowing that Rian Johnson would make it real. The trailer for TLJ was eye opening
