The Last Unicorn movie was a foundational animation for me growing up. It's so nice to learn that the author of something you loved as a child is a decent person.

i wrote my original thesis pitch on how we're approaching another transgender holocaust comparing trends in nazi germany to trends currently going on in the west. but i was told i was being "alarmist" and "insensitive to holocaust survivors". anyway we're at burning the Hirschfeld Institute
