back when i had free time i blogged about this exact point. they’re theories of legal interpretation purpose built to make scotus the only body capable of divining the right answer to constitutional and statutory questions

I am BEGGING sports media covering Ausberry as the new AD at LSU to include this in their coverage. If you don’t, you are bad at your job and should be embarrassed.
One last thing: the domestic violence confession that Ausberry sat on and did not report was about an LSU athlete. The football player had harmed an LSU athlete. And now Ausberry is interim AD and overseeing all of athletics and athletes. Ok.

so this is just murder. i’ve worked these cases before. often these boats are driven by young men from poor south american villages sold a bill of goods by a cartel, with no prior relationship to drug trafficking. they’re just murdering people.

so this is just murder. i’ve worked these cases before. often these boats are driven by young men from poor south american villages sold a bill of goods by a cartel, with no prior relationship to drug trafficking. they’re just murdering people.
the thing that’s jarring about these clips to me is that this isn’t even (usually) how normal cops initiate traffic stops or remove people from cars. i’ve seen all sorts of fleeing and eluding bodycam that don’t approach how thuggish these psycho ice agents look
