AFAIK, in 200 years, only 3 times did a country elect someone who had attempted a coup:
- Louis Napoleon (France, 1848)
- Adolf Hitler (Germany, 1933)
- Hugo Chavez (Venezuela, 1998)

I can confirm. Also we try not to even give the MoCA/MMSE more than once if possible given the significant advantage one would have in retaking such an easy test and remembering that there is a delayed recall portion.
