Washington State leaders need to intervene here.
ICE detain father shopping on Christmas Eve—then steal his family's groceries.

Then 3 agents divvy up his paid for food—taking what they want for themselves.

"Can I just get the wife's number to call and let her know?" woman asks.

"No, guess he should've complied," agent says.

The average person lived to be about 50-60 hundreds of years ago. The reason everyone fixates on the average human lifespan being 30 or 40 is because of the infant mortality rate. Half the kids didn't make it past 5; it dragged the lifespan average THAT far down.

Vaccinate your kids.

Pete Hegseth is a national security risk. He put servicemembers at risk to sound tough on a signal chat.

It was as dangerous as it was absurd. He is unfit to serve and he must be fired.
Hegseth’s use of Signal posed risk to US personnel, Pentagon watchdog finds
The report by the Pentagon’s inspector general said Hegseth has the ability to declassify material, and did not find that he did so improperly.

Dimon on why JPMorgan Chase is not funding WH Ballroom:
We have an issue, which is anything we do, since we do a lot of contracts with governments here and around the world, we have to be very careful how anything is perceived, and also how the next DOJ is going to deal with it.

Shout out to University of Washington - so many good things came out of my 4 years there and so many doors opened to me.
Really important to stress that the Crown Jewels of the US higher education system were never the Ivies or elite SLACs (other countries have equivalents of these) but the well-funded, large, cheap, and excellently staffed public state university systems bringing high quality education to the masses.

Medicare for All would save $450B a year.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.

It’s not about what this country can or can’t afford.

It’s about priorities.

I don’t know how many times I’ve watched this video.

I don’t know how we’ve gotten to the point where men in full balaclavas can abduct daycare teachers while they’re watching children.

But I do know that this isn’t sustainable. Abolish ICE. There is no way to reform this.
