The people were angry: It took a wheelbarrow of German marks to buy a dozen eggs. Disillusioned nationalists rallied behind a charismatic wannabe dictator who claimed only he could save them.

If you wanted to cut waste, fraud, and abuse, you would empower the inspectors general.

If you wanted more waste, fraud, and abuse, you would fire them.

This just goes to prove that major change is possible!
Air pollution has dropped significantly in #Paris in the last 15 years. Mayor @annehidalgo.bsky.social’s leadership has traded car space for green space, safe bike space, kid space.. and traded pollution for people.

A lesson we gen-x cis-girls didn't get taught much that made my life better when I finally learned it.

You don't have to dance with whoever asks.

For any reason. Just 'cause, a bad vibe, long day, prior knowledge, a desire to have a chill time online.

It's A-OK to say no.
We have to make sure this place stays better than Twitter ever was. I think proactive blocking is the answer. I am walling off my discussion from people who participate in negative ways. My block hand is quick and strong. 🛑 🤚
