Business districts, once Sweetgreen’s prime locations, are no longer packed with lunchtime regulars. Instead, urban outlets now depend on local traffic and dinner orders—which require more substantial fare than a bowl of greens. trib.al/MEW0E7a
Sweetgreen's CEO is beefing up protein portion sizes because corporate America is demanding more from $16 sad desk salads
The urban salad chain, which dominated the zeitgeist of the 2010s, cut its annual outlook the last two quarters consecutively.

All of the Dollar weakness so far this year is based on markets forecasting recession. But the US economy continues to surprise positively, including with today's payrolls. That means cyclical weakness in the Dollar is very vulnerable to a reversal, especially if tariffs boost inflation in H2 2025.

Speaking of $$$, here's a fun story about the steep price tag attached to THE consensus trade in the market right now

Shorting the dollar is expensive b/c of the negative carry (US rates much > Japan, Swiss, eurozone)

It's notable that with all the positive buzz around Europe, Euro longs (blue) are below their all-time highs of recent years. For the Euro to be a true alternative, Europe needs fiscal union and that moment has passed.

If Bluesky ends up with more users than the others, you destabilize musk, zuck, trump.
