🚨Survey on the boat excursion zone. Please fill it out. Some boaters have been upset & threatened to disrupt Hanlans beach (speed camera vigilantes but on water). We need more fortified & larger swim zones like in the EU w ropes/floats to keep boats & jet skis away from swimmers. 🚨

Spent the afternoon cooking summer produce and I'm pooped. Zucchini arugula soup, tomato soup, plum anise jam, pickled zucchini, jerk peach hot sauce is done. Quick pickling hot peppers tomorrow, maybe also making a hot pepper relish.

I need to do so much gardening this weekend. Autumn harvest things need to be planted now. Late summer veg needs to be picked (I need to do something with these tomatoes omg). Hydroponics need to be cleaned out and prepped, seedlings need to be started.

Weird run today. I felt like I had lots of energy but the legs were lead, one knee was crampy.
Still, gave it everything I had and now it's done. And that's the halfway mark! 4 more weeks until 5k!

Finished week 2/8 of my couch to 5k trainer today. Managed to get a little more speed in and I feel really ready for next week's runs. I'm excited to get back to it! I put it off for far too long.
