I'm pretty sure that at this point in time, the remaining opposition to renewables are nothing but the tantrums of those with interest in fossil fuels and/or could not get the logic of "there's no cost to obtaining the fuel" to sink into the brain.

The sad part is she's right, but most media companies would rather go the safe route and make a bit less money overall with soulless nostalgia bait remakes. Because putting out an original project that flops makes the investors freak out.
I'm starting to really believe that the only way to get a runaway success is for companies to fund like 20 new projects, 19 of them will either fail or make no impression, and then the 20th will resonate with audiences and create tons of merch opportunities like Bluey or KPop Demon Hunters
