I would say it’s not a preference but writing it is more rewarding in that it’s the culmination of these characters’ feelings and they’re finally connecting in that physical way - it’s not the first scenes I write in a manuscript!

I routinely encourage writers to 'become' their target reader. Join and follow groups where your target readers hang out, read the same novels, find out the novel exposure points. Your demographic has an online location and habits on why they buy a novel.
