Lately, I have a lot of thoughts but some trouble coalescing & articulating.
All I know is that, for now, I want to be aware, to make note, & to signal boost what seems worth knowing or clocking.

Thought, recently:
Congress (& midterms) are of no concern to Trump & won't change anything.
He & his ppl are doing what they want regardless of Congress. They circumvent & outright ignore the Constitution.
I think he'd "abolish" Congress except for Rs usefulness in boosting/laundrng his efforts.

One thing I hope Europe and NATO do is make it clear that they will consider Republican congresspeople as supporters of an illegal war if they don't rein in Trump, and will hold them as war criminals when the dust settles.
And senior Republican leaders who are not impeaching him now. The unprovoked invasion of our NATO allies is as cut-and-dried "impeach & remove immediately" as anything since WWII, aside from "incite an insurrection at the Capitol to steal an election."

I need people to wrap their minds around the fact that here in Minneapolis, ICE broke the window of a vehicle yesterday, pepper sprayed the occupants, and arrested them, and shot another observer in the face today, and OBSERVERS ARE STILL GOING OUT TO PROTECT THEIR NEIGHBORS AT MASSIVE PERSONAL RISK

Instead of whatever this is, we should have a government getting lots of new homes and apartments built, lots of clean energy built, lots of high speed rail and transit and bike lanes built, human rights for everyone, economic & healthcare opportunities for all, & innovation that leads the world.

This whole term, so far, has really felt like Trump letting [x cabinet member] get their pet project off the ground & have the spotlight for a few weeks, then moving on to the next toddler tugging at his leg -- no thought to how disparate the requests are, as long as he still gets the big chair.
