One of the flight attendants had the coolest head coverings and I cant find it. It covered the back half of her head (I saw her hair in the front). There seemed to be a solid band or box hat structure in the back that came off the head and the hair was bundled in a long scarf. I should have asked.

This session was cancelled last minute. I'm disappointed that a long-planned "soft" oversight work session was cancelled at the request of the Mayor / Administration and kicked out to mid-January. I think we should still have had it so we can discuss in public some of our concerns about all of this.
Portland City Council will meet today to discuss the "Homelessness to Housing Continuum."
The original idea was for it to be a venue for Mayor Wilson to talk about his homelessness plan. But per Wilson's office, it's not certain he'll show up.
(And bureau staff have been advised not to attend.)
