This is a good time to say that supporting places like @propublica.org is great way to spend your newspaper subscription money. They are one of the few that have consistently reported on this stuff.
Boy, there is probably something to be said about how Trump is governing according to the actual campaign and platform he ran on and not the fantasy economic populist bullshit much of the commentariat spent November through January insisting he ran on.

The buyouts email sent by OPM uses the same headline as what Elon Musk sent to Twitter employees when he took over the company — “Fork in the Road.” It also has a similar “click yes or no” form at the end of the email.
