Normally football wouldn't catch my attention, but my great grandfather was president of Aston Villa in the late 80s, so I felt an overwhelming amount of responsibility to write to them. Validating these genocides is not something I believe my family would want.

I'm going to be honest, while I know exactly why these people are doing it, I genuinely think their strategy of associating Jewish people *specifically* with the ongoing Palestinian genocide is a horrendous strategy that will imperil the safety of ordinary Jews in the long term.
