How do people get jobs that don’t require college degrees when immigrating? While traveling, I’d met servers and people doing basic jobs in hospitality somehow got visas. How is this possible when all the requirements seem to only benefits STEM jobs that require at least a bachelors?

Dude was in my face saying how wealthy he was & I’d be a fool to turn him down.
I then put my wrist on the table to explain how Rolexes shouldn’t tick loudly like his, and let him listen to mine.
I explained the 2nd hand should glide-tick instead of harsh clicking movements.He left immediately 😂
