I know the Senate Democrats can’t really stop the GOP from confirming these horrendous appointees by simple majority vote, but I still think they ought to vote as a bloc against every one of them. They should refuse to rubber-stamp any of the agents of fascism being forced upon us.

It is impossible to overstate how amazing PrEP is and that it is one of the greatest medical breakthroughs in history. HIV was a literal death sentence when I was a teenager. No hope. This is a monumental achievement in human history. But no, not for us.
