As an artist, takes like this are so frustrating to me.
No matter how "stunning" AI slop looks, it's still slop. People want art that creates genuine emotion & connection (games, movies, etc.)

As an artist making my own stuff & having worked on adaptations, turning 30 & no longer tying my happiness/identity to art I didn't control & just enjoyed genuinely did wonders for my mental health.

I worry that they can empirically prove it over and over again and it won't matter because the belief that trans women are athletically advantaged over cis women is based in hatred (for both trans and cis women) and not in empirical observation. The belief is motivated by patriarchy, not science.

I know the people who run this. It is a tiny organisation but has taken some massive stands. Was the first Pride in the UK to ban politicians and is always the first out with strong statements supporting trans people.
