This is well worth a watch, not just because you can see someone who was on the sidelines quickly become involved and engaged, but because it's another reminder that no one wants these fucking goons in their community.
Everybody should watch this and see this woman, who has a baby in her arms and is thrust into basically a standoff, develop courage in real time.

Here was my path. After I told the robot 'speak to representative,' I got a low-tier schmo who told me to do it in the app. I told him I couldn't. Then he forwarded me to a person who apparently had a bit of authority. Who clearly has been dealing with this all day.
