Posting this because we are listening to E’s dad sing Christmas songs.
My wife's 1st year teaching she had a student whose father is a lead singer in a rock band. We referred to her as [Rock Band]'s daughter until I learned her name (E...). Since then whenever we hear a song by that band we point out that it's E's dad.

Posting this because we are listening to E’s dad sing Christmas songs.
Just occurred to me that maybe opening up stake membership councils to all temple endowed members, instead of just for men holding Melchizedek priesthood, that it could be viewed as a tacit acknowledgement that women receive the priesthood in the temple (as Quinn and others have stated).
This is from the 2010 Handbook 1 and, indeed, it was previously just Melchizedek priesthood holders that would merit a stake disciplinary council.

Bracing myself for another round of LDS apologists claiming that laws exempting clergy from mandatory reporting encourage people to confess their crimes.
Hear me on repeat: if someone will only confess with an understanding of escaping criminal accountability, they are not penitent and a danger.

No one asked for it, but my elder millennial take from this weekend is that online ordering has ruined any type of fast food service. I sat for over 30 mins waiting for 2 Jimmy John's sandwiches to be made.
Their ad slogan is "subs so fast you'll freak." Um no, not last weekend.
