If you hate a candidate, find an issue—multiple states have abortion on the ballot, and if you can get out the vote over that, that’s something you can do.

the other thing is that the future is unknowable. there is nothing on the ground that is forcing us to doom and gloom. this is a tight race. it was always going to be a tight race. have faith that you’ll succeed!

I know that sexism is inherently irrational, but there's just something grimly funny about people looking at a female candidate and going "I dunno, can she hold it together?" when the guy running for the job just spent 15 minutes wandering blankly, silently wandering around a stage
