Left to right is a tiefling, elf/half-elf, and another elf/half-elf (these are open to interpretation of course). #1: A dark, muted blue-skinned tiefling with short ridged horns that stick straight up from behind a wide-brimmed hat that has a slight red and purple gradient on the underside, as well as a golden webbed pattern. A golden spider pendant dangles from the hat. Their clothing follow the same color palette, with flowy fabric hanging off the shoulders crossed leather atop the chest, a simple shirt that forms a diamond-shaped boob window in the middle, and an ornate golden filigree neck piece. They have warm orange eyes and makeup, and fluffy white hair that ends at the jaw— save for two longer pieces in front of the ears that hit the collarbone. #2: A smaller-figured character with warm olive skin and a color palette rife with earthy reds, browns and greens. Their hair is dark brown and curly, the back reaches midway down the neck. They have two black gauges with rose patterns on them. Their jaw is visible underneath the mask, their pale skin scarred and decorated with streaky black swipes of paint. They have a dark gray, cropped, and torn sleeveless shirt. Crude rope netting starts at their biceps on both arms. They have a thick black strap over their chest that carries a weapon with spikes on its base.

Depends. My epic fantasy series is placed in a queernorm world. The Modern Mythos is more akin to our own, where people have varying opinions & outlooks on queer people. Still, from the MC’s perspective it’s the norm & bigots are outliers who make a delicious lunch 😌 #LateNightWrite

My worlds are generally queernormative; the queer MC's in-laws take issue with his socioeconomic class, not his being queer. (It's not specified if he only likes guys or not.) Depending on which god people follow, a "normal" relationship could be monogamous, poly, and married or not.

Oh, at some point when I started to write A Saga of Mages, I realized I was bi and decided to implement that in Elliot's story as well. He's discovering this part of himself that is very much in conflict and he doesn't fully understand, kinda reflecting the major storyline as well.

Never really thought about it until now, but the world is very much almost the same as ours. I still have to learn lots of queer dynamics, but at a very first glance, most mages have no prejudice over gender identity and orientation, they have bigger fish to fry honestly.

Basically almost the entirety of the main characters lmao. Elliot's bi and cis, Abby is trans and pan, Lydia is a cis lesbian. Elliot's love interest (and rival >:]) is gay. Among many others lmao. Once I established Elliot as bi, everything else came along lmao.
