HHS’ proposed rules say the FDA will go after retailers and manufacturers of binders made to treat gender dysphoria
“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing *warning letters to 12 manufacturers and retailers for illegal marketing of breast binders to children for the purposes of treating gender dysphoria.* Breast binders are Class 1 medical devices used for purposes such as assistance in recovery from cancer-related mastectomy. The warning letters will *formally notify the companies of their significant regulatory violations* and how they should take prompt corrective action.” Text between asterisks has been highlighted in green

Using gen ai for text and asset placeholders is not solving a problem; games have been made for decades with regular placeholders. studios using AI this way are just testing the water to see what more they can get away with - which will inevitably mean laying off skilled workers, to make worse games

The ACA isn't just "health care for people who don't have a conventional employer." It also disallows something that was incredibly common 20 years ago, which I fear is getting lost to generational memory: insurance companies could deny you health care for essentially any previous health problem.
