'Listen to me as I come to your neighbourhood and tell your trans siblings they are subhuman or I will use the wealth of billionaires to sue you into oblivion,' is a very late-capitalism form of free speech right.
Total gaslighting. Anti-trans activist; chooses to speak in person, provoking students who want to protect trans rights; they exercise their freedom of speech to tell her she isn't wanted; she gets to speak anyway; the BBC dutifully platforms her again; and now she threatens to sue everyone.

"One Whitehall source told The Telegraph there is a growing belief that if the Good Law Project wins its case, Ms Phillipson will tell the EHRC to reconsider its guidance."

Well, yes, because it will be unlawful.

When those who hate trans people win - or pretend to win, cf Sandie Peggie - it's all over the media, even if it's just a tribunal decision. But when they lose, even in the Court of Appeal, it's absolute bloody tumbleweed. So here's our blog about Allison Bailey latest loss. goodlaw.social/3uyd

Alice was abandoned by the NHS and whilst Streeting will boast about the work going on to reduce the waitlist he won't tell you that no-one under 18 is getting GAC from the NHS in the UK.

What they are getting is conversion therapy wrapped up as assessment, investigation and research.

It’s not about toilets.
It’s not about safety.
And it certainly isn’t about evidence.

It’s about discomfort with trans people existing in public, dressed up as concern.

Here’s my take, framed for a pub-table debate rather than a shouting match. What happened at The Swan in Weymouth neatly exposes the contradiction at the heart of the so-called “bathroom debate”. For ...

Here is Richard Dunstan, a prominent commentator closely associated with the Sex Matters charity, speculating that I enjoyed being sexually assaulted as a child.

Leia was on the waiting list for 2 years and 10 months before "all hope began to fade".

Streeting has just told 1000's of trans kids that there is no hope any longer of them ever getting "the necessary preventative treatment", no matter how long they wait.
