I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

I believe in fashion-based voters suppression. If you're in your 20s and your mom still buys all your clothes you can't vote. If you primarily wear hoodies you got from an oil company you can't vote. If you wear those jeans that make it look like your ass is melting you can't vote
