This. It was in the 30s in the AM & reached 42 with 4" of snow still on the ground (off the roads) out of the 24" that has fallen so far this winter. No snow at all since 1/1 (half an inch). A sunny day. There were no "adverse conditions," Noem - and you know what those are as a South Dakotan.
