Expectant mothers were left so hungry after the U.S. cut foreign food aid that one woman ate clay and charcoal.

Her baby struggled to gain weight after being born prematurely.

At a minimum, Prasad and Makary should lose their licenses for blatantly lying to the public about kids dying from the COVID19 vaccine, when the actual investigation found that zero deaths were certain to have been caused by vaccination.

Despicable, egregious, murderous behavior.

The term "economic conservative social liberal" falls apart again.

It isn't the thing we pretend it is - if economic policies aren't prioritizing social programs, like universal healthcare, social programs fail.
At this point, has Mark Carney made any decisions that Pierre Poilievre wouldn't? So far he's playing nice with Trump, promising massive cuts to federal programs so he can spike military spending, and passing multiple bills of dubious constitutionality.

An absolutely deplorable record so far.

There's still time to comment on the major revision to the respirator standard. It can be as simple as comments like "I support this section" and in the suggested changes "No changes needed".

There *will* be others trying to remove its protections!
New edition of CSA Standard for Selection, use, and care of respirators is under public comment. Please visit publicreview.csa.ca/Home/Details... and offer your comments. Of particular interest is section 9, Healthcare. Surgical masks aren't protection, and much more.

You’re over Covid.

We’re obsessed with it.

You don’t spend all day avoiding illness.
We spend all day understanding it.

You think science is “illness talk.”
We’re just pointing out you keep getting sick…from the virus.

You disconnected “being sick” from the virus itself.
We didn’t. And we won’t.

Why do I still mask?

I figured that the discomfort of wearing a mask, testing, and asking people if they have been sick, was less troublesome than the discomfort of Long Covid, chronic illness, organ damage, brain damage, immune damage, and being sick multiple times per year.
