What the F**k.

No clue how I knew to check this... Intuition? 🤔

Grassy Knoll. Ford's Theater. UVU Court Yard. Yup. All 3 aligned on a perfect circle.

How dumb to they think we are?

Tornado touching down in Scotts Valley, just outside Santa Cruz, CA.
A neighbor has just told me that a tornado came through one of our main streets. At least one car upside down and no known injuries

Wild times. We heard thunder which is scary for us with fire. Lucky it’s very wet lately.

Police text message we just received to follow:

When I go to Guangzhou I would pass by Ruyifang Station a lot. This station is embedded in a massive web of underground infrastructure with metro lines, high speed metro lines and road tunnels all overlapping each other. As shown on this public project info board. (1/8)

I've made a map of the precinct data released by Alameda County yesterday of the Nov 2024 General Election. Select from one of 147 East Bay elections in the dropdown menu and use your mouse to see the results.

Owners of even the cheapest fleabag motels know they must keep track of how many rooms they have and whether they are empty or full.

But today, the year’s busiest shopping day, most retail areas won’t be tracking how many parking spots they have and whether they are empty or full. 🧵/1

It has stations in Marin and Sonoma, based around the SMART train stations.

All bikes are electric, and quite zippy!

Thanks to everyone who has shared this starterpack and made recommendations on who to add.

While there are several great urbanist starter packs out there, the idea behind this one is to include:

-researchers
-city planners
-orgs
-activist creators
-official activists
-etc

@me if that's you 🧵
