An essential development over the past decade-plus is that the ignorant went from feeling chastened when their ignorance was revealed to banding together and deciding that, actually, they were right. They might disagree at times, but they agreed that ignorance itself was an indicator of trust.

It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.

Just like SpaceX, every crash is an exciting opportunity to learn!
"data suggests Tesla Robotaxis are crashing once every 40,000 miles, whereas the average human driver in the US crashes about once every 500,000 miles"

that's just really really bad sherwood.news/tech/teslas-...
Tesla’s 29 Austin Robotaxis have crashed 8 times since June, as data suggests they perform much worse than human drivers
That’s a lot of crashes for such a small fleet....

She's almost 80. She's never running for office again. Her ideological allies in the Party are dead, dying, or on the way out. Nobody has to give a shit what Hillary Clinton thinks about anything, and the sooner we internalize that, the better off we'll all be.
Hillary Clinton blames TikTok and “totally made up” videos for young people’s views on Israel and Palestine.

She says social media influenced “not just the usual suspects” but also “young Jewish Americans who don’t know the history and don’t understand.”

Cancer drug Revlimid is one of the bestselling pharmaceutical products of all time, with total sales of over $100 billion.

It’s also extraordinarily expensive, costing nearly $1,000 for each pill, even though that pill costs just 25 cents to make.

Oh no. It gets worse. Not only do folks trying to replace a Rad Power battery included in the CPSC safety warning need to buy a replacement since Rad refused a recall, the new batteries also require a new charger, sold separately for another $60.
RadPower's product page for the Safe Shield battery says "Safe Shield batteries are compatible only with our updated Rad charger (sold separately). Warning: Do not use with older Rad Power Bikes chargers or any third-party or aftermarket chargers."
