Went down to the riverwalk in Anarchy City USA today, and saw lots of people walking their dogs. Let that sink in if you need to--we were all walking our dogs like nothing was even happening. PDX, a landscape of quiet terror, and labradoodles.
Looks, it's been a few years since I was in Portland, but in my experience, the only people who think there's a war there are the cops.
Everybody else is building their camper van, strategizing about bulk grocery purchases with their half-dozen roommates, and playing D&D.

Every single one of these clips was taken today in downtown Portland. Portland doesn’t want or need a federal takeover. If Trump insists on sending federal “resources” he can start with funding health care, bridges, affordable housing, and wildfire protection to name a few.
