Some basic facts: Venezuela produces about 1 million barrels of oil a day. (US, 20m.) But it has what's probably biggest reserve in world at 300 billion.
It will take massive investments (and years) for Venezuela to significantly increase its output. Who will do that? Who will pay for that?
