In 2025, Twitter drove almost no traffic to my website or Patreon. Bluesky, even with an order of magnitude fewer active accounts, drove almost as much traffic as pre-2019 Twitter.
Even ignoring everything else, the engagement here is just quantitatively better.

In 2025, Twitter drove almost no traffic to my website or Patreon. Bluesky, even with an order of magnitude fewer active accounts, drove almost as much traffic as pre-2019 Twitter.

I am 178 games deep into my goal of beating 205 games within the calendar year of 2025 and I gotta say...
Save for -exactly one- AAA game, all the big studio stuff has been "it's fine" or "resoundingly disappointing" for me.
The smaller/more focused the game, the more I have enjoyed it this year.
