Strumming someones pain with your fingers is torture and is a violation of the 1900 crimes act, section 36.

Killing someone softly with a song is still murder. The implement or manner of the killing is irrelevant in the eyes of the law. You may get away with manslaughter depending on intention.

To pass business laws stating AI is a person means that the same concepts must apply to AI sexbots.

If they are programmed to consent, it is not consent.

Imagine the new generation of incels getting told 'no' by a robot.

This is a great interview. These guys, the original culture jammers...this interview offers great insight into how, with subtle moves behind the scenes...cowed the major labels into backing off.

How?

By demonstrating that they were ready to not just fight, but win precedents.

Bungie's getting pissy about these questions. Tough.

You know, when you've been credibly accused of plagiarism over the years, multiple times...it's not such a stretch to wonder if you're using a literal plagiarism machine to make content.
Marathon's short film director doesn't know why this needs clarifying, but no, he didn't use AI to make it
After seemingly enough accusations got to him, Marathon's short film director Alberto Mielgo has made it very clear he didn't use AI to make it.

I've come to the recent conclusion that Bethesda peaked on Skyrim, and rather than /chase/ that high...they /coasted/ on it.

When you frame it in these terms...Starfield's lackluster offering is easier to explain.

The F4AE release was poorly done...like the Skyrim AE release...that was also poorly done.

So this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, to be honest. They dumped a new exe, along with a crap ton of CC content that's poorly integrated.

Some of you point out that the big players have used various tricks to keep their own $ safe. True.

That's why we need to think about how to prosecute them for fraud.

The AI bubble may be about to bust.
