Years of complaints about a gymnastics coach’s behavior didn’t lead to a permanent sanction by the U.S. Center for SafeSport, sources say in a new AP investigation — raising questions about athlete safety and oversight.
AP sources: In 'Nassar 2.0,' Olympics watchdog failed to close abuse case against gymnastics coach
Young gymnasts were sounding warnings about a coach as far back as 2017. That's the same year the U.S.

Obviously insane but the relatively positive tone of Clinton’s is……interesting 👀
WH added text to the pictures hanging on the wall… to sum it up: it is deranged.

I feel like an insane person seeing people talk about Jameis Winston normally??????? Like hello has everyone forgotten

It is fascinating that MSU seemingly learned absolutely nothing from being ripped to shreds publicly about Nassar.

But also, in this NIL/transfer era to hire a man who was literally against his players unionizing is a real choice
The people who make these hires absolutely do not care about the things you care about. I think we all get that.

But the "leader of men" thing that Fitzgerald made his primary calling card should've been severely damaged by this episode anyway. Not damaged enough for Michigan State.

Easily several hundred people have packed into this plaza in Chicago's North Center tonight in response to ICE abducting a daycare worker early this morning.

This is a neighborhood that has largely been spared until now from the "Midway Blitz" terror campaign. But everyone knows someone affected.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK

CAN OUR USELESS MAYOR AND GOVERNOR DO SOMETHING
this morning, ICE went into a Spanish language immersion daycare and took a teacher from the building in front of screaming and crying kids and parents at dropoff and the daycare had to shut down for the day (near Lane Tech, where they were yesterday). Really hoping today's "theme" is not "daycare."

Yes, this, & set up a recurring donation if you can.

Cash is ALWAYS better than collecting food through drives. Food banks have deals with suppliers that enable them to stretch a dollar further than what we can buy at retail prices. They can take $5 and get $15+ in value from it to feed folks.
I just donated to my local food bank. If you can, you should too. People are already suffering but next month, in particular, is going to be so difficult.

If you have it please donate cash to the food banks. $10 in their hands will feed more people than the $10 worth of canned goods you can buy for retail prices. Also check on your elders. Many of them will not admit they rely on these programs so grocery gift cards or a surprise bag of staples

Absolutely no one should feel sorry for the Blazers. Don't forget that they went out and hired Billups, despite him having been previously accused of rape, without ever even contacting the woman who he allegedly assaulted. They did no due diligence and now they're paying for it.

While the events of that November 1997 night remain in dispute, OPB found a number of basic steps the Portland Trail Blazers do not appear to have taken in their review. The team declined to answer an...

The No Kings March in Chicago is one of the largest gatherings I’ve seen here. Looking down from by the river, the crowd stretches for blocks down Michigan Ave and wraps around Wacker Dr. This video is from a few minutes ago and the end of the protest is nowhere in sight.
