I have lived in the Dayton area for 24 years now and as far as I can recall there has never been a time when the 75 hasn’t been in a state of construction through Dayton proper. I just assume it’s some huge boondoggle that will never ever be finished because it was never meant to be finished.
I hope 75 through Dayton wasn’t too rough. It’s amazing they are still working on it.
