The BBC did a whole article called ‘who is Renee Good’ which don’t once mention her wife, that she was queer and that her wife was there when she was murdered. Journalism? Get fucked

i still remember this feeling, it was the first time after coming out where i saw myself in a character

who wasn’t a joke, or a trickster sex criminal, or a victim

this is why i will never stop trying to get authentic representation into every story i write

IT MATTERS

I think it's a bad sign that every major news media outlet has spent days asking whether or not murder is bad and how much child porn is an okay amount

We are in that 9% (2 of 400,000). Our safety as human beings was at risk. We sold our house at over a $30k loss and paid another $30k to move.
1. The attacks on trans people have become untenable, and many people feel like they can no longer stay in their homes.

Now, this morning, the Movement Advancement Project put hard numbers on it: 9% of transgender people, 400,000 people, have moved states.

If you’re still on X because you think it’s “where the conversation is”, it isn’t.

Ofcom’s Online Nation Report 2025 shows X is no longer a mainstream platform in the UK. Fewer people use it, engagement is tiny, and harm is concentrated.

This is so horrible! This is not what a trans man or a trans woman is and it is truly shameful of BBC News coverage to write it as such - and sadly indicative of how much money is behind a campaign to remove trans people from public life, or indeed any life at all. Shameful, repugnant and unBritish.
The way trans are being treated right now is so inhumane. This is the BBC. We are being suffocated. Has there been any news on getting to the Euro Court? @goodlawproject.bsky.social ? ❤️🏳️‍⚧️

I started off believing there were genuine conflicts between women's and trans rights but the more I have thought about and worked on the issue the more I have turned away from that belief. I now believe trans rights support at least as much as - indeed more than - they conflict with women's rights

An outstanding article published byThe Guardian Australia which highlights the harm to trans children from the practice of transphobic medicine.
Worked hard to get this into Guardian Oz & big props to @fiercemum.bsky.social for setting it up & Melissa Davey for publishing it. She will doubtless get loads of hassle from transphobes for it, but it needs to be out there.

She is also ignoring all the other harm her ban is causing, that I have documented here in my peer-reviewed (unlike the Cass Review) research.
