We are in that 9% (2 of 400,000). Our safety as human beings was at risk. We sold our house at over a $30k loss and paid another $30k to move.

This is not what a trans man or a trans woman is and it is truly shameful of BBC News coverage to write it as such - and sadly indicative of how much money is behind a campaign to remove trans people from public life, or indeed any life at all. Shameful, repugnant and unBritish.

I started off believing there were genuine conflicts between women's and trans rights but the more I have thought about and worked on the issue the more I have turned away from that belief. I now believe trans rights support at least as much as - indeed more than - they conflict with women's rights
