Deciding to move my fulfillment/e-commerce to Plus One/Brandfox after the Bloodfields campaign saw me not getting any $ from sales for 9 months, lost ~500 zines, & took months to get my things out of a warehouse to my current, far better partner. Plus, I even lost 25% of sales for the great service!
Long read: For around one year, indie publisher Plus One Exp operated as a business unit within a shipping and warehousing company called Brandfox. They worked with Possum Creek Games, Stockholm Kartell, among others. It was disastrous for almost everyone involved.
