I don't think anyone has explicitly said this but the "men used to go to war" thing is a desire to return to the one-sided colonial wars of the mid/late 19th century where it was expected to be a curb stomp where you get to kill for prestige

I cannot wrap my mind around this man's psychology. Elon Musk has enough money to do dozens of things that would make him universally admired but for some reason he wants people to think he's good at video games.
This is a long gamer rant, but it's a window into Musk's approach to everything. It's not just he's paying people to level his account; it's how he needs to be known as a gaming god but is so lazy & shameless he doesn't bother learning the game's mechanics to make the ruse work.

Opting not to go with diplomacy than turning around and handcuffing the Ukrainians at every turn from equipment to using weapons in Russia is a complete joke

The American people made a bad decision. This does not mean that they should not have rights or democracy should be cancelled or that everything they ever said or did is bad. But you have to at the very least lie by huge omission to not say they nullified their own laws for bad reasons.
